By accessing qqe3 (https://qqe3.bar) and using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings described below:

"Platform" — refers to the qqe3 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
"User" / "Player" — any individual who has registered an account on the qqe3 platform or is using the platform's services.
"Account" — a single profile registered on qqe3 in the user's name.
"Wagering Requirement" — the amount of betting required before a bonus can be withdrawn.
"Taka" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the only applicable currency on this platform.
"Services" — sports betting, casino games, slots, and all other gaming services offered by qqe3.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on qqe3, users must meet all of the following conditions:

Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
Must open the account in a personal capacity — not on behalf of any third party.
Must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their country.

2.2 Registration Process

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. qqe3 reserves the right to verify identity at any time. Accounts registered with false information will be closed immediately and any winnings associated with that account will be voided.

Please note: Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be suspended and funds held may be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Verification & Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

qqe3 is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent environment. To this end, particularly for withdrawal requests, we carry out an identity verification process. Users may be asked to submit any one of the following documents if required:

National Identity Card (NID)
Copy of the relevant pages of a passport
Driving licence
Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. qqe3 endeavours to complete this process as quickly as possible.

3.2 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to maintain the security of their account. Login credentials (username and password) should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access is suspected, the qqe3 support team must be notified immediately.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

qqe3 currently supports the following payment methods:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
Nagad — the digital financial service of the postal department.
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
Upay — UCB's mobile payment service.
Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳100 — applicable for all methods.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a delay occurs for any reason, please contact the qqe3 support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Processing time: generally within 1 (one) hour.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
Withdrawals cannot be made on bonus funds until the wagering requirements have been met.
qqe3 reserves the right to review unusual withdrawal requests.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳12,000 → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed. Please note that the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Important: If an attempt is made to withdraw bonus funds before the bonus requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer description.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is completely prohibited.
qqe3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

Section 6

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on qqe3 are conducted fairly and transparently. Fair play is ensured across all services including slots, fishing games, live casino, virtual sports, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

If a technical error occurs during a game, qqe3 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the amount wagered.
Disconnection will not affect a game's outcome — results are stored on the server.
Third-party interference in determining the outcome of any game is not acceptable.
In the event of a dispute over a game result, qqe3's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section allows bets to be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bets on a specific event will be settled once the result of that event is announced. A bet may be voided if the team name or player name is entered incorrectly.

The acceptance of a bet depends on market conditions and the status of the event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, qqe3 will settle bets in accordance with standard rules.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are completely prohibited on the qqe3 platform and, if detected, will result in the permanent closure of the account:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Registering or completing verification using false identities or documents.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
Carrying out fraudulent activity against the platform.
Operating an account on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent.

Warning: In cases of fraudulent activity, qqe3 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and all balances in the account will be forfeited.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

qqe3 firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We ask users to follow the guidelines below:

Do not bet beyond your means.
Avoid placing further bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
Set time limits on your gaming activity.
Do not hide your gaming activity from family or those close to you.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Limitations of Liability

The qqe3 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. qqe3 will bear no liability in the following situations:

Issues caused by the user's internet connection or device malfunction.
Delays or failures in the operations of third-party payment providers.
Losses resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their account security.
Service disruption due to laws, government directives, or force majeure events.
Financial losses resulting from gaming decisions — gaming outcomes are entirely probability-based.

In any situation, qqe3's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of funds used in that specific transaction.

Section 11

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure Initiated by qqe3

qqe3 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
If false information is found during verification.
For legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses or funds obtained through illegitimate means) will be returned to the user.

11.2 Closure Initiated by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. The request must be submitted to the qqe3 support team via email or live chat. Verification may be required before the account is closed.

Changes to Terms

qqe3 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The following process will be followed for any changes:
